Binance has suspended direct withdrawals to ruble cards

Russian users of Binance reported that for several weeks they have not been able to withdraw funds to ruble cards. The exchange cites technical reasons. According to ScamBinance - these "several weeks", almost 2 months during which Binance does not fulfill its obligations and refuses to withdraw fiat money to the ruble cards.

The platform is working on the integration of a new fiat gateway, but the timing of the withdrawal recovery is unclear. It's hard not to notice Binance's illegal financial transactions with fiat money for both deposits and withdrawals.


They emphasized that you can get rubles out through Payeer and Advcash, or other "intermediaries" that are located in offshore zones and are not regulated by one market or another, working as Binance in the sector of "underground banking", providing criminal banking services without a license.

The support service advises users to use a p2p-platform, but this way out is not suitable for everyone. In other words, Binance employees send users to the same users to help them withdraw their money.
